It's been more than a week since I start sleeping earlier than what I used to and I am loving it as it makes me wakes up early and able to accomplished a lot of things at the end of the day.
And aside from having a productive day, waking up early makes you feel good too. For as long as I have 6 to 7 hours of sleep, I am a happy camper ~ good mood and energetic ready to face the day with smile in my face.
