Hypoallergenic Earrings

My husband and I have been battling about when we should get our daughter ears pierced. I have been wanted to have her ears pierced done since she was few months old but my husband disagree so much as he said it can hurt our daughter and we should wait until she's five where she can decide it for herself. But I can't wait that long though, I need to find some hypoallergenic earrings that I can show to my husband and would hopefully convince him to let me get our daughter have ears pierced. I just need to make sure to get the best and safest earrings for a toddler to avoid any irritation.
