On The Way To Texas

Yes my sister is now on the plane heading to Texas. I can't wait for her to see my daughter, her first and only niece right now. The food I promised her is already ready for her to munch on. She loves and requested some vegetables so I granted her wish by cooking "pinakbet", a mixture of sautéed eggplant, squash, string beans and bitter melon.
