When I bought this sweet potato in the Asian market, I didn't know the inside of it is a violet because the skin was actually white. I didn't know about it until I boiled and feel it. My husband said it's disgusting but for me? Hum it's so yummy. I just wish I didn't forget to bring some to my friend's house when I visited her because I heard her saying she's actually craving for it. Oh well maybe next time...

Sweet Potato

i miss this violet kamote. when i was a kid, my friends and i used to cook them in palayok or over a bonfire and eat them with sugar. ha-ha.
