Selling A House

If you are selling a house, you must try to do some updates and fix everything you need to fix in order to gain more profit in your house. But what if you have no enough money to do so? Well you can at least paint your house to make it look better because new painted house would also attract buyers. Just like hubby house, it's new painted house and it really looks better. We've done some updates but there are still some other things that need to be fix like Sprinkler system and the faucet of the sink. Hubby don't want to spend more money on it and just put the house in the market below "Market Value" so that buyers would just be the one to fix those which I don't think a good idea but this is his house and his decision matters even though he doesn't have any profit on this house once he sold it on his asking price... but if it's my house? I would fix everything that I can to make profit out of it.
