If you asked a lot of people right now here in US, some would say that we are really in recession that make most people live from paycheck to paycheck. As our economy slowing down, the market slows down as well. But it's good for those couples who are planning to buy a house this time as the percentage goes down. You can tell that there are so many people who are currently searching for a house. Just like here in this house, since the day hubby put this house for sale which is only 10 days today, there are already almost "20 Showings". Pretty neat huh...
