For some reason most people tend to eat more during especial occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe because we usually prepares so much food on those days. Just like last night, it was hubby’s birthday so I cook some of his favorites. My gosh I can’t believe I ate so much despite of the fact that I am trying to lose weight and keep on reminding myself to just eat enough. I think I should a
weight loss pills soon.
