Success...

Simple thing like fixing small problems by myself without asking for husband's help is what I also considered a "success". I had been trying to apply for a debit card on my own paypal account but it always said "please enter the valid address, state and zip code". At first I thought maybe they have some errors on their system or maybe they are having maintenance. I keep on trying and trying and trying but still didn't work. I give for a while and then the next day, next week and until I decided to call them today because it is so strange that it always keep on doing it even though everything I entered was right. I finally get hold to the customer service and guess what? I have been in the phone from one agent to specialist to higher specialist and finally everything was fixed. Wooooo what a relief I felt after that successful transactions... it's worth spending almost 3 hours on the phone just to fixed things. They keep on saying sorry for waiting and all I said is "its ok" and until the first agent replied no Mam it is not ok because we don't like our customers wait for so long... Ang babait naman nila grabe akala ko sila ang mag give up sa akin waaaaaaaaaaaa....
