Feel Like Philippines...

Good morning guys! It's raining here in our place and I feel like I am in the Philippines. I misses the fun that rains can bring when I was a kid. I used to play in the rain with my friends in the neighborhood back home in my beloved grandma's place. Now that it rains hard here, I feel like I want to get out and have fun with the rain but I am kinda scarred because I am alone here and I don't like going outside alone...
