Help!

Does anyone know the free website who will allow us to make a header out from the picture we have? I did that one time when I made the header on my other blog. But I was so silly and forgot to save the web site url. Now I had been looking for it and searching it on the web like crazy... waaaaaaaaa I can't find it... Gosh I felt stupid because the very first time I used it, I just found it in google search. Now, I don't know what happened no matter what word I put on search box, it didn't
t show up... bakit ganoon kung kailan mo hinahanap talaga as in, di mo makita... help me please!
