Getting Started

My cousin told me about how great idea it is to start a business through franchising. She give me some points and information about how to start. There are so many franchise opportunities that we can choose from if we are really interested in this line of business. With franchising you will have instant customer as most companies that have franchise are already well established which means a lot of people already know it.

Bbq Manok

When it comes to food, I really love to experiment. I love to add and mix some other ingredients to make it better. Just like this Bbq Manok (Chicken Bbq), I added sprite to make it tender and it really adds flavor too. I don't only love it but hubby loves even more.

You can try the recipe below. I don't really measure all the ingredients but if in any case, you can adjust it to your liking.
Ingredients:

1 lb. Chicken Breast
Barbecue Stick

Marinate In:

2 cups Sprite
¼ cups Ketchup (hot and spicy or regular)
2 tsp. Pepper
½ cups Soy Sauce
¼ cups tablespoon Vinegar
Half Slice of Lemon extract
1 cup Pineapple Juice
Garlic
Onion

Barbecue Sauce:

1 cup of Ketchup
1 cup Pineapple Juice
Sugar
Lemon extract
1 cup of Soy Sauce
1 to 2 tbs. Vinegar
2 cups of Cooking oil

How To:

Slice Chicken Breast and marinate it with sprite, ketchup, soy sauce and other ingredients in marinade for at least 5 hours or overnight.

For the barbecue sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a pan and heat it for at least few minutes. Taste it and you can add sugar or lemon to your desired taste.

After the chicken is marinated to the desire time, wash or wet the barbecue stick and put the chicken on the stick. And then it’s time for grilling.

Turn on your grill in a low heat, brush some oil on the grill and let it stand for at least 2 to 3minutes. And then lay out all the chicken stick on the grill and brush it with oil. Flip it over for once in a while to make sure it’s not being burned.

Few minutes later brush the barbecue sauce on the chicken and do it over and over again until it's cooked.

Serve it with rice...

Tocino

In the Philippines, there are two types of tocino, the pork and chicken tocino. These are just one of the best breakfast in the Philippines. Most restaurant or canteen serves Tosilog in breakfast which means a combination of Tocino, fried rice (Sinangag) and fried egg (itlog).

Ingredients:

1kg. Pork pigue or kasim, with or without skin. Boneless, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. salt
5-8 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rhum or gin
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. prague powder -
1 tsp.vetsin (optional)
1/2 Tablet ascorbic acid (250 mg)

How To:

Slice meat to about 0.63 cm (1/4 inch) thick. After slicing, mix all above ingredients for curing. Rub the mixture on both sides of the slices and re-mix all to allow even distribution of curing mixture. Arrange the pieces in a bowl and cover. Keep at room temperature for 12 hours or in the refrigerator for 3 days to cure.

Best Acne Treatment

This past few months, I really feel I have some kind of depression going on in me. I am not sure if it's because I am getting bored here in the house or it's because I miss my family back home. Well I think it's both. And now, because of that, I am now having some pimples or acne on my forehead. Oh boy I hate it because I never had any trouble or any sort of unappealing acne in my life... not even during my high school days. But glad that I have a friend who introduce the best acne treatment that really works on me.

Domain Transfer

I thought transferring a domain name to another company is just easy like most instructions in every hosting site says. But you know what? I am wrong. The hosting company where I am planning to transfer my domain keeps on sending me email that says that the process of transferring my domain hasn't started yet as they haven't recieved the Agreement from domain owner (Me). And guess what? I have been checking every email they send me but I don't see any Agreement form grrr... Oh well maybe I just wait for next month to make sure I don't have any pending payments in this blog...

Lates Update

In my previous post, I talked about letting go of one of my domain. I gave up on updating so many blogs so I just decided to either let it expire or sell it if there's other someone who are interesting on buying that domain.

But anyway, since the blog that I am about to delete is a Food Blog, I decided to migrate all my post their and move it here in this blog since I don't have any specific topic on this blog. Besides this domain here would also match the my food blog which is mostly Filipino and American food. I will be starting to move all my food blog post here. Hopefully I won't get tired of doing so...
