Now Waiting...

This morning, Central Showing called and said there will be House Showing this afternoon probably about 4pm to 5pm which only means I need to check every place in the house to make sure everything this clean and organized. Oh yeah I hate mess especially if I know there's so many people who might be coming to check this house. I could care less about this house for it’s not mine but the thing is, I am living here and the people who will come and see me here will think I am a messy person which I am not and at the same time I want to see my surrounding as clean as my standard. Just thankful to my beloved grandma for raising me with proper values, dignity, pride and taught me on how to be clean. Muuuahhh I love you Mama Sing kow!

True Colors

I've heard and have seen other Pinay wife who are being mistreated by their American husband. I believe that no matter where you from and no matter what color you have, You have all the right as a "Human" being therefore don't let anybody hurt you in anyways just because they want too. It's nice to patient and to be calm but it doesn't mean you just allow anyone to degrade you and treat you like nothing. Let's say He spend too much money to get you here, let say He feed you and everything like that... but still he doesn't own you. The only person who owns you is God above. Never ever let anyone mislead you and dis respect you.

It is sad to see my friends who are currently down but in time they will be thankful for knowing the "True Color" of the person whom they thought who love them. Time will comes, you will never regret the time of losing him for he is not worth a thing....

Three Offers

Oh wow just for almost two weeks, we already got 3 offers. I am talking about the house that is currently for sell. The first offer was kind of a joke because it was too low compare to hubby's asking price. I am just glad hubby haven’t accepted that first offer because with how the this house looks like, I can tell it seems to be having a bigger value compare to the asking price. That’s why I believe who ever going to buy this house is very lucky. It looks so much better and very clean compare to what it used to look like when I first got here. Hummm feeling so proud here when anyone who will come to see the house would says “the house is so nice… it’s so clean…” who’s not going to feel proud hearing such from other people when I am the one who clean it and beautify it??? lol! Anyway, I think hubby have decided which one to accept between three buyers who made some offers... House showing is still on going so hopefully, the bidding will become higher and higher.

What I Am Doing?

Hahahaha... so funny I join the "Hula-Hoop" in the school carnival where we went last week. Unfortunately I lost hahaha... well to be honest, I am just not use to plastic hula hoop. It's a lot different to what I used to which is a wood.

Logo Design

Customize business cards are in trend nowadays as it gives you an options to choose what kinds of logo design and fonts you want to appear n your business cards. It’s so easy and fast to make. All you need to do is to follow the step by step process. First choose what design image of logo you want to use for your business cards. Second step is to select your category then third step is choosing the symbol you prefer to use. And then the fourth step I would be typing the Name you want to appear in your business cards then choose your layout in which you can change the color and size you want and how you want it to look like on the actual card. And then last step would be “Checking Out”. That’s how quick and easy it is.

Home Buyers

If you asked a lot of people right now here in US, some would say that we are really in recession that make most people live from paycheck to paycheck. As our economy slowing down, the market slows down as well. But it's good for those couples who are planning to buy a house this time as the percentage goes down. You can tell that there are so many people who are currently searching for a house. Just like here in this house, since the day hubby put this house for sale which is only 10 days today, there are already almost "20 Showings". Pretty neat huh...

Another Showing Today

I am done cleaning the kitchen and checking some other area of the house for today's showing. I just hope that this house will be sold soon because I am already tired with this showing stuff. I know I am not supposed to worry about anything as I don't do anything but open and close the main door for them. But the thing is, I also need to be done with things in the house before they came like washing dishes, vacuuming, cleaning a little bit, checking the both bathrooms and laundry room as well as the other part of the house just to make sure everything is clean on my standard lol. Something also changed on my routine as I need to take a bath early too unlike before, I don't mind at all if I had bath or not yet hahahah, well not until in the afternoon as hubby will arrive 5pm. Who wants to have a stinky wife anyway?

Not Zero At All

This morning, as usual I made sure that the house is clean thinking that "Century Showing" might call and inform me that there will be another showing. But the whole day gone by and no one called. This is the first day ever since Century put sign out side, that no one called and no one came in the house. Well not until few minutes ago, our neighbor went outside as I was cleaning the front yard and watering my bushes. It was also a right timing because hubby just got home...

Find Out Your Blogging Personality Here

I got this from Ivy last April 28 and wasn't able to publish. When I was putting some categories on my older post, I found two tags that's just on draft. Hay soo busy with my other blogs didn't even remember this one. Sorry and thanks dai Ive's. Anyone who want to grab this tag are free to do it. You are very much welcome to do this. It is true that my blogs are mostly personal. But I also tend to include some other things that we can perceive especially issues of the world.
Your Blogging Type is Artistic and Passionate
You see your blog as the ultimate personal expression - and work hard to make it great. One moment you may be working on a new dramatic design for your blog... And the next, you're passionately writing about your pet causes. Your blog is very important - and you're careful about who you share it with.

North Padre Island

North Padre Island is one of the most beautiful Islands in the world which is located in Texas, United States. Hubby told mention this Island before, a place where he wants us to go for our vacation last year. But something happened that hinders us from going so hopefully we can pursue our plans on going this year because I already know where to get North Padre Island rentals for us to stay.

Best Sellers Books - 50% Off

Do you love reading different kinds of books? How about the best seller’s book? I know someone close to me who uses to collect different “Best Sellers” books. Aside from reading those entire books she bought, it also became her addiction to collect them and display it their house. The moment you come in inside her house, you will a huge class door cabinet where she displays all her book collections. I saw a website online that offers 50% off every day to best sellers books so maybe I could get her couples of them for her birthday.

Something You Need To Avoid

I know money is very important. But I also believe that it is now how big or small earner you are, it's a matter of how careful you care on spending it. I believe that no matter how small amount of money you bring home every month, you can still managed to budget everything if you are good at it...

If you fall into these money traps, learn to avoid them and pocket the savings.

1. Coffee -- According to the National Coffee Association, the average price for brewed coffee is $1.38. There are roughly 260 weekdays per year, so buying one coffee every weekday morning costs almost $360 per year.

2. Cigarettes -- The Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids reports that the average price for a pack of cigarettes in the United States is $4.54. Pack-a-day smokers fork out $1,660 a year. Weekend smoker? Buying a pack once a week adds up, too: $236.

3. Alcohol -- Drink prices vary based on the location. But assuming an average of $5 per beer including tip, buying two beers per day adds up to $3,650 per year. Figure twice that for two mixed drinks a day at the local bar. That's not chump change.

4. Bottled water from convenience stores -- A 20-ounce bottle of Aquafina bottled water costs about $1. One bottle of water per day costs $365 per year. It costs the environment plenty, too.

5. Manicures -- The Day Spa Magazine Price Survey of 2004 found that the average cost of a manicure is $20.53. A weekly manicure sets you back about $1,068 per year.

6. Car washes -- The average cost for a basic auto detailing package is $58, according to Costhelper.com. The tab for getting your car detailed every two months: $348 per year.

7. Weekday lunches out -- $9 will generally cover a decent lunch most work days. If you buy rather than pack a lunch five days a week for one year, you shell out about $2,350 a year.

8. Vending machines snacks -- The average vending machine snack costs $1. Buy a pack of cookies every afternoon at work and pay $260 per year.

9. Interest charges on credit card bills -- According to a survey released at the end of May 2007, the median amount of credit card debt carried by Americans is $6,600. Rate tables on Bankrate.com indicate that fixed interest rates on a standard card average 13.44 percent. Making the minimum payment each month, it will take 250 months (almost 21 years) to pay off the debt and cost $4,868 in interest. Ouch!

10. Unused memberships -- Costhelper.com reports that the monthly service fee at gyms averages between $35 and $40. At $40 per month, an unused gym membership runs $480 per year.

Stop It Please...

Just like my previous post about "Baby Jayden" not looking at the camera, this another pretty angle "Baby Jancil" also got tired of the camera. As you can see she's really trying to hide her face every time the camera clicks. For some reason, all of us can't just stop taking picture with this two angels. Oh well who can stop taking pictures of such pretty babies? hahahhaah Poor babies...

But anyway, I am so happy to met Ate Maureen in person as well as baby Jancil. I just hope and wish that one day they will be coming back here in Texas... Miss you Ate Mau and Baby Jancil!

New Mom on Mother's Day

I am not talking about myself ok, I am talking about my dear friend Mommy Anne. She's a new mom and last Sunday was her first time to celebrate "mothers day". I am so happy for her for having such a behave, cute pretty little angel. This picture was taken in front of Saint Elizabeth Anne Church last Sunday, which is "Mothers Day".
As you can see in the pictures, Baby Jadyn is not looking on the camera while Mommy and Tita are both smiling. Humm I wonder why... I think Baby Jadyn is tired of us always talking picture every time she's around heheheh... Sorry baby cutie ka kasi at saka love kalang talaga ng mommy at ng mga titas mo.

What A Great Sunday

This is one of the best Sunday I ever had in my whole year here in the Texas. First, we all went to the church and afterwards, we all headed to Filipino restaurant to enjoy our beloved country "Philippines"'s food. I know we can always make or cook some pinoy food at home but it is still different to just dine out with your friends once in a while. And it's also fun to eat with people who also enjoy the food you love. Unlike at home, even though hubby loves most pinoy food, there are still some dish he don't like at all nor try to taste it all... just like dried fish, salted fish, pinakbet with bagoong and most of all the "Dinuguan" lol.

Computer World

Anywhere I go, I am always thinking of my computer because of my blogging career especially on my first few months in blogging career kumbaga. I remember my husband used to asked me before when we go somewhere like grocery store (Why are you're such in Hurry?, that was the time I push the cart in the grocery so fast. I am not that addict anymore as I try to at least spend some time with hubby without rushing or in hurry.

Anyway, take a look at the picture, it is so obvious that all of us can't live or survive a day without computer. We were in Ate Rose house to celebrate birthdays and yet we've brought our lappy with us so we can still grab some opps while chi-chat. It was really fun. It seems like we are building our own internet cafe or better say our own call center lol... But anyway, I just wish there will be next time for all of us. Thanks a lot guys for I really had fun... so so much fun...

Making Money Online

Is great! Oh yeah making money online is really great especially to a person like me who can't drive at all. I fall in love with my blogging when I stared to received money from my hard. I felt great every time I bought something for hubby and myself out from my online income. I bought some good stuff from it. But the most special that I bough is my laptop. I am very happy when I got it even though it is so much expensive. I tried not to spend money on anything unless I need to. It is nice that even though I am just a stay home wife as of now due to some circumstances, I am still able to earn money from my own hard work through my online career charing... Though sometimes it's a bit boring and frustrating, I still never stop chasing opportunity. Yeah no matter how frustrated I am sometimes as my blog has low rank therefore I don't have much privilege as other posties have, I still hope of having some opps that's really for me. I think I'm lucky enough to have some oopps everyday no matter how small the price is. A 5 dollar is still a 5 dollar so might as well grab it. Right?

Mowing The Yard

I arrived home probably 10 to 15 minutes before hubby. I was on my laptop when he arrived home. I went out to checked on him and get the mail, then hubby said he's going to change to mow the yard. I told him that I also want to help him mowing. We also did cleaned up, plant some roses on the pot and trim our bushes. All those yard word just makes me so tired now. I felt so sleepy and wanted to go bed but the thing is, I haven't cleaned up yet and I still have some few things to do here in my blogs and some opps to make. Oh gosh what I am gonna do...

Work Harder and You'll Be Blessed

That is what I exactly feel at this moment. I am so bless today, it's only 9:00 o'clock something in the morning and yet I already earn good enough. I am so happy even though it's not as big like those who have great page rank. I am thankful no matter what amount of money I am earning everyday because not all people get some blessings like I have that's small things that God has given me means a lot. He never forget to bless me despite of my imperfections. I hope my friends and co-bloggers are also lucky to grab so much opps today... Just keep refreshing guys!

Texas Snow

Some people might say I am silly but I really don't care at all because this is my first time ever here in Texas to see such a pretty snow. I saw some few before, on the day we got married last year but it wasn't that much and only took about 2 to 4 minutes. But this one, oh my gosh it's been two hours now. It wasn't as pretty as it was when it first snowed this morning but you can still see few snows falling on the ground...

Boosting Your Child's Self-esteem

My psychologist cousin have told me before that the behavior of every kids have something to do with how their mother's emotions when she's carrying the baby on her womb. I may not have a baby yet but I do believe what she said. Boosting your child's self-esteem is also important. Below are the "Ten ways of boosting Child's Self-esteem".

1. Talk with your child. Talking early and often with your children helps them
trust you as a source of information and guidance.

2. Set high but realistic expectations. Paying attention to your children's
strengths, while acknowledging where they need assistance can help children
develop realistic self-expectations.

3. Build your child's self-esteem and confidence. Encourage your children to
make choices even if it means making mistakes. This is how children learn
and grow.

4. Keep your child healthy. Promote your children's physical, emotional, and
social health.

5. Support learning at home. Show that education is important to you and that
you value learning.

6. Communicate with your child's school. Communicate on a regular basis
with the school to stay informed and involved.

7. Encourage exploration and discovery. By encouraging your children to
develop their interests and seek opportunities to try new things you help them
make the most of the world around them.

8. Help your child develop good relationships. All children want to fit in and
belong. Helping your children develop friendships that affirm them will go a
long way to helping them build solid relationships as adults.

9. Keep your child safe. Teach your children safety procedures and how to
avoid dangerous situations.

10. Participate in community service. Children's positive energy and talents
can be acknowledged beyond the classroom when used to serve or help.

My New Baby

This is my new baby in the house. I didn't buy any more indoor plants because I only felt bad when they die. For some reason, I don't know if it heater or what but some of my plants before died. I only have few left that's still alive and still healthy.

Few days ago, my husband arrived home from his work with this plants. He told me that "Mac" his co-worker who have fish and plants in the office gave this plant for me. Mac is like the best friend of hubby at work. And she always send me different plants from her aquarium at work when it grows more and more. Thank you so much for this beautiful plant Mac! I have never meet you yet but I know you are so nice and kind.

Garden Decors

Spring and summer time are the best time where you can update your garden. You can see most people especially housewives, so busy with their gardens as you passed by to different neighborhood while you jog in the morning or in the afternoon. Some household loves to hang or put different garden decor such as metal birds, wind chimes, garden accents, solar lighting, hammock swing and many more.

Humming Birds

I am here sitting in the kitchen while tapping my lappy. You can hear nothing but the sounds of different birds outside. I think they are so happy playing around and enjoying the beautiful weather today. It's a little bit sunny now but not too hot. You can also see the trees moving a little bit which means it is not so windy outside. Hopefully the weather will remain like this for the whole week end because we will be out for sure... Have a great weekend everyone!

I Will Be Here

Tomorrow morning when you wake up
And the sun does not appear
Ahhh-a-ah I, I will be here
If in the dark we lost sight of love
Hold my hand and have no fear
"Cause ah ha-a-ah I, I will be here”.

I will be here
When you feel like being quiet
When you need to speak your mind, I will listen
And I will be here
When the laughter turns to crying
Through the winning, losing and trying
We’ll be together
“Cause I will be here”.

Being A Garlic Spice

What makes me garlic? I have no idea. But I kinda love what it says though because it's true I can easily adapt with any situation. Though sometimes things are just so hard to bear but at the end of the day, I always try to take things easy. If I cry so much, I just go in front of the mirror and tell myself “if you don’t stop crying you will become ugly” lol! hahahah

You Are Garlic

Of all the spice types, you are the most universally loved.

You get long with pretty much everyone, and you leave a lasting impression.

You adapt yourself well to situations. You can fit in or stand out, depending on what you're called on to do.
