Mango with Cucumber

I woke up hungry one morning so my sister prepared some food for all of us. Aside from rice and viand, she also tried to combine the mango and cucumber we have on our fruit tray. It was our first time to try such but it was really good especially when we put some calamansi and chili pepper on it. Humm yummy for a pregnant woman like me lol.

Chicken Soup

Introducing another Filipino food that's good for cold season. It's called Tinolang Manok. It's just a chicken boiled in water with malungay ang other seasonings.

Ingredients:
Chicken
Malungay
Knor Cubes
Ginger
Salt and Pepper

How To:

Wash the chicken and put it in a deep pan with water and bring it to boil. Add ginger, knor cubes and Salt and Pepper to taste. Bring it to boil again until the chicken is done then add Malunggay leaves.

And just like my previous post about "Baby Jayden" not looking at the camera, this another pretty angle "Baby Jancil" also got tired of the camera. As you can see she's really trying to hide her face every time the camera clicks. For some reason, all of us can't just stop taking picture with this two angels. Oh well who can stop taking pictures of such pretty babies? hahahhaah Poor babies...

But anyway, I am so happy to met Ate Maureen in person as well as baby Jancil. I just hope and wish that one day they will be coming back here in Texas... Miss you Ate Mau and Baby Jancil!
