You might wonder why my tittle is Pinoy Balut. Well I took this picture when hubby and I watched Rangers games in Arlington. I didn't know that they also sell foods like that here in USA. So I told my husband about it. It really reminds me of those street vendors in the Philippines. Wish Philippine government will come up with a job for them. I know there's nothing wrong about selling Pinoy Balut but those people deserve more as they are so hardworking and determined.
